ticket primer

Between answering five million questions here and at the theatre this weekend, and reading some of my friends list yesterday, I've been thinking about tickets and Ticketmaster. I tend to take what I know about ticket buying for granted, as if it should be common knowledge, but that's just because I've been doing this for three years now. So ... because I'm bored, and trying to take my mind off the fact that my stomach is eating itsef ... here, a primer on Ticketmaster, buying tickets, and attending concerts and other events.
