Author Notes: An AU based (loosely) on Sleepless in Seattle. This story has been a long time coming. I originally started it a year ago for romanticbandom, but writer's block and life intervened. I revisited it this fall, and voila, here we are! I owe a lot of people lots and lots of love for their help and encouragement - dragonsinger, carleton97, and sparkfrost all read and commented at various stages; without them, I would have never finished! rue_quercus also deserves a shout-out for listening to me plot, whine, and bitch about this story for the past year.
Summary: Patrick is a widower and young father. Pete is an advertising exec with a failing relationship. When Patrick's daughter makes a call to a radio shrink, lives intersect and shenanigans ensue.
