Brendon was sick before the NYC show, and I think he got sick again after that, and he was sick for this. Maybe Ryan is tired of being on a bus with someone who can't shake the flu? I spent the first couple of songs thinking "Either Brendon's hung over as fuck or he's really sick," and then he said he had the flu, and I got a lot more sympathetic. He sounds good, considering, and I could watch him play guitar all day.
