This is why I avoid fandom these days. TV is a much happier place when I only have to deal with my own opinions! :)

After this episode, I can't really go there with romance, at least not present-day. I could see a futurefic, maybe a decade or so down the line, where they're on more even ground. ... and I won't go into any more than that, if you're not spoiled yet. ;)
