I bent over to put my ballet slipper on my right foot this evening, and I pulled the crap out of something in my back. Which was just what I needed, since it had been feeling so much better these last few days.

Now I can't bend over all that well. It's so stupid what'll just randomly happen to you. I hope you feel better soon!
